Rolex Watches

Rolex SA is a Swiss manufacturer of high-quality, luxury wristwatches. Rolex watches are popularly regarded as status symbols and BusinessWeek magazine ranks Rolex #71 on its 2007 annual list of the 100 most valuable global brands. Rolex is also the largest single luxury watch brand, producing about 2,000 watches per day, with estimated revenues of around US$3 billion (£1.75) (3.02 CHF billion) (2003 figures)

We just finished another one of a kind Rolex. This is a Rolex Datejust with a custom Explorer dial. Our customer liked the look of the Explorer I but wanted to have a Date feature on the dial. After weighing our option we decided on customizing a Datejust dial to look like an Explorer. How do you like how it turned out?

Watch of The Week #14 - Explorer II
This week we have an Explorer II with sky blue accents. This timepiece was just recently finished a couple days ago and I couldn't wait to put this up for watch of the week. The PVD bezel is hand painted with a sky blue color that matches the 24 hour hand. What do you guys think of this TimeandGems exclusive timepiece? Are you interested in buying it? check it out here.

Watch of The Week Wednesday #12 - White Gold Daytona

So this week I wanted to go vintage and when I opened the safe my eyes went direcly to this White Gold Daytona reference 16519. When I was enquiring about this watch I learned a few things about this Daytona that I would have never know just by looking at it.

Watch of The Week Wednesday #10 - Ladies Datejust

This week we decided to do something a little different and put a ladies watch as watch of the week. This is a ladies new style Datejust. As you can see, it has a diamond bezel with a diamond oyster band.

It looks a lot like the Ladies Day-Date but this one is stainless steel instead of gold, two-tone or white gold.

The dials seems small comparied to the new mens 41mm Datejust. The style now seems like women are buying mens watches. What do you think? Are men's watches on women just a fad or is it going to stay?

Watch of The Week Wednesday #9 - Datejust II
This time on Watch of the Week we have a Datejust II. As you can see in the pictures it is significantly larger than the older Datejust. Even the new Submariner with the ceramic bezel is only 40mm and the Day-Date is 41mm.
